Anniversary

I first photographed Lauren & Jason for their dating anniversary in San Diego shortly before they got engaged. Once engaged, they packed up their home in Portland, Oregon and moved to Europe to begin planning their wedding. As fate would have it, I was traveling in Amsterdam the same weekend as their first wedding anniversary and we couldn’t resist documenting their new life in Europe.

We woke up early to explore their new neighborhood, Jordaan. We weaved through side alleys and along the canals to hit their favorite bakeries, markets and coffee spots while documenting the details of their new life along the way. Europe looks effortless on these two!
