Crystal Cove, Laguna Beach

Hannah’s sisters reached out to help Hannah’s boyfriend, Austin (now, fiancé!), set up a surprise proposal for her in Laguna Beach. With no location in mind, we went to Crystal Cove where I know pockets of privacy exist and the sunsets never disappoint.

I helped Hannah’s family nail the picnic aesthetic then had them hide behind some bushes as I looked out for Hannah and Austin to make their way down the wooden beach stairs.

Once engaged, we popped champagne, hugged their loved ones and celebrated until the sun set on another beautiful night in Southern California. Hannah’s family made sure I was taken care of passing the bottle of champagne and encouraging me to put my camera down.

Can’t wait to see where the world takes these two! Congrats, Hannah & Austin!
